Paul Livingston
Chief Executive, UK & NATO, Lockheed Martin
Paul Livingston was appointed Chief Executive, UK in 2021 and had NATO added to his responsibility in 2024.
Paul began his career as an engineering apprentice working in civil and military simulation and has since spent more than thirty years in the aerospace sector.
Since joining Lockheed Martin, Paul has held a number of roles across the global corporation. In 2017 he was appointed vice president and managing director for Lockheed Martin UK – Integrated Systems, having previously been a director for Lockheed Martin Aeronautics responsible for liaising with the UK customer for both F-35 and C-130J programmes.
In 2012, Paul was appointed chief operating officer at Lockheed Martin Commercial Flight Training and following that role, became managing director for Ascent Flight Training, a joint venture between Lockheed Martin and Babcock which is delivering the UK Military Flying Training System.
Rear Admiral Jude Terry CB OBE
Director People & Training and Naval Secretary
Jude Terry joined the Royal Navy in 1997 after graduating from Dundee University with a BSc (Hons) in Anatomical Sciences. Her First Stage Career included various staff and operational roles, such as deployments to the Indian Ocean, Arabian Gulf, Caribbean, and Far East aboard HMS SCOTT and HMS OCEAN and planning the drawdown in Afghanistan in 2012.
On commencing her Second Stage Career, she completed Advanced Command and Staff Course 15, earning an MA in Defence Studies. Returning to Permanent Joint Headquarters, Jude served as Military Assistant to two Chief of Joint Operations from 2014 - 2016 where she saw the start and finish of Op GRITROCK (Ebola in Sierra Leone) and a variety of global deployments (including Mali
and Nigeria). Her work led to her being recognised with an OBE in the 2017 New Year Honours. A further appointment in HMS OCEAN followed, as Commander Logistics, deploying on BALTOPS and CTF50 in the Arabian Gulf, after which she became the Logistics Branch Manager at NCHQ, handling recruitment, retention, training, and personnel management.
Promoted to Captain in 2018, she joined Standing Joint Force HQ deploying to Saif Sareea 3 and Exercise AUSTERE CHALLENGE before completing Higher Command and Staff Course. In 2020, she served in the Royal Navy CV19 cell and Finance and Military Capability (FMC) as Assistant Head Joint Plans. She played a significant role in managing the Strategic Command Portfolio through the Integrated Review, Spending Review, and budgetary cycles.
In December 2020, Jude was promoted to Commodore and served as Deputy Director People Delivery in NCHQ. In January 2022, she started her current role as Director People and Training and Naval Secretary and was recently appointed a CB in the 2025 New Year Honours list.
Aside from her naval career, she is a trustee of the Medusa Trust, an Honorary Freeman of the Company of HR Professionals and an Ambassador for Girl Guiding South West. Jude enjoys
Jersey's beaches, cliffs, and outdoor activities, along with travel, reading, live music, running (plodding), and spending time with loved ones.
Lisa Farmer OBE
Chief Executive, Royal British Legion Industries
Lisa joined RBLI in October 2015 as Director of Strategic Development with over 20 years of experience in fundraising, marketing and business development. Lisa spent 8 years at Young Epilepsy as Fundraising Director before becoming Director of Development. In 2022 Lisa was appointed Chief Executive at RBLI , which provides training and employment for ex service men and women. She was awarded an OBE in 2025. Lisa is passionate about creating social value. Under her leadership, RBLI operates three social enterprises that blend commercial success with a commitment to social impact. Her dedication to enhancing the lives of others drives her work, ensuring that social responsibility remains at the forefront of RBLI’s mission.
Seumas Kerr CBE
Director, Defence Impact
After a successful career in the U.K. Army, reaching the rank of Major General, Seumas had a number of senior director roles in a wide range of infrastructure assignments in both the Middle East and the U.K. He then led, with great distinction, The D Group, one of the UK's leading senior management business networks, with much of his work spent assisting U.K.-based enterprise engage with defence policy and opportunities. He is highly respected across U.K. Armed Forces as someone with the ear of business and highly supportive of those moving from the military to the private sector.
He is Deputy Chairman of Strategy International, the holding company of The D Group and D-Impact, Chair of the Victory Services Club, Chair of The Pakistan Society and President of the Quetta Association.
Peter O'Kane
Director, Defence Impact
Peter acquired Strategy International, D-Impact's parent company after a career in investment banking and venture capital investing in the U.K., N. Europe and Asia. With Strategy's component parts serving over 250 U.K.-based companies, a number of which he has advised at board level, he is familiar with the challenges of integrating senior management from diverse professional backgrounds. He is actively involved, both in his chair role and as a charitable trustee, in assisting members of the Armed Forces approach the challenges of securing and prospering in civilian employment.
